1. Who we are

Bl4nk Clips ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based clipping marketplace that connects creators with short-form video editors ("clippers"). We are operated by Bl4nk Clips Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bl4nk Clips. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We currently operate in the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only.

3. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the right to distribute the source footage uploaded to the platform. By posting a campaign, you grant clippers a limited licence to create derivative short-form content from your source material for the purposes of the campaign only. Campaign budgets are held in escrow and released as verified views accumulate. Budgets are non-refundable once a campaign is active.

4. Clipper responsibilities

Clippers agree to create original clips from campaign source material, post them to their own social media accounts, and comply with each campaign's rules and required hashtags. Submitting clips with artificial, bot-generated, or purchased views is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending earnings. 5. Payments and fees

Clippers are paid per verified view at the CPM rate set by the creator. Payments are processed via UK Faster Payments. A service fee of £1.50 applies per payout request for free-tier accounts (waived for Bl4nk+ members). The minimum payout is £5.00. Bl4nk Clips reserves the right to withhold payment where fraud or policy violations are detected.

6. Fair Finish™ guarantee

If a campaign budget is exhausted before all approved clips are paid in full, remaining funds are distributed pro-rata across all verified clips. No clipper will earn £0 for a legitimately approved clip.

7. Prohibited conduct

• ×Using bots, view exchanges, or any artificial means to inflate view counts
• ×Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or earn duplicate rewards
• ×Submitting clips that do not comply with the campaign brief or platform guidelines
• ×Sharing campaign source footage outside of the platform's intended use
• ×Any conduct intended to defraud creators, clippers, or Bl4nk Clips

8. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. Suspended accounts forfeit pending earnings where fraud is involved. Appeals can be made to support@bl4nkclips.com.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
