Content Policy

If you post a clip as part of a Bl4nk Clips campaign, you must make it obvious to viewers that your post is promotional. UK ad law (ASA/CAP) and equivalent rules abroad require a clear, visible disclosure on every post. Buried tags or hashtags only shown after a tap are not enough.

• Use #AD at the start of the caption, or use the platform's built-in "Paid partnership" tool.
• If the post is part of a Bl4nk Clips campaign, tag the creator and include any required hashtags listed in the brief.
• Never imply you are independent from the creator when you're being paid by them.

You must not invent claims about a product or service. Only state what's provided in the campaign brief, or what you've personally verified. No exaggeration, no made-up stats, no knocking competitors.

Every clip you submit must be edited by you from the campaign's source material. You may not:

• Re-upload another clipper's edit, in part or in full.
• Submit a clip you've already posted to a different campaign.
• Buy edits from someone else and submit them as your own.
• Use AI to fully generate a clip — minor AI assistance (e.g. auto-captioning, minor upscaling) is fine if the edit is clearly yours.

Bought views, bot traffic, view-loop farms, engagement pods, and anything designed to artificially inflate your numbers are banned. Bl4nk Clips runs automated and manual checks. If we detect artificial activity we will void the affected earnings, and repeated offences mean permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

Only use the source footage, music, graphics, and assets provided in the campaign brief — or provided explicitly by the creator. Never insert third-party copyrighted music, logos, clips, or footage into your edit without written permission. If in doubt, ask first.

Your clip must comply with the content policies of the platform you post it on (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). That includes community guidelines, advertising policies, and age-gating rules. A deleted post doesn't count as a valid submission; repeat policy violations may get you removed from Bl4nk Clips.

Never post content that promotes hate speech, harassment, violence, self-harm, gambling without age-gating, illegal activity, nudity or sexual content, or anything that targets or exposes minors. Political or religious content requires a clearly marked opinion and must not impersonate public figures.

You may only operate one Bl4nk Clips account. Multi-accounting, fake identities, stolen bank details, or using a VPN to pretend you're in an eligible country are grounds for permanent suspension and forfeit of any balance. Payouts only go to the name on your verified account.

The creator has the final call on whether a clip is approved for their campaign. Rejections are not personal — creators pay for views, and they know their audience. Don't harass or spam creators if your clip is rejected; submit a better one instead.

If a creator, Bl4nk Clips, or a platform asks you to take a clip down for a legitimate reason — wrong brand, IP issue, policy violation, safety concern — you must remove it within 24 hours. Failure to do so forfeits any earnings from that clip.
